Managing Partner & CEO
Andrew Magulick is the Managing Partner, and Chief Executive Officer of The Pathfinder Group, a firm specializing in delivering strategic guidance, transformative business solutions, and leveraging AI to solve complex challenges. In his leadership role, Andrew oversees business development, client relationships, strategic partnerships, and the firm's long-term vision, ensuring The Pathfinder Group remains at the forefront of innovation and industry-leading performance.
With over 15 years of experience in managing and executing large-scale business transformation programs, Andrew has honed his expertise across a diverse range of industries, from multibillion-dollar corporations to high-growth emerging businesses. Prior to joining The Pathfinder Group, he served as a management consultant for EY in the Wealth and Asset Management practice, where he was instrumental in developing and delivering technology-driven strategies that empowered businesses to scale and succeed in competitive markets.
Andrew has experience leading business development efforts, managing capture and proposal teams, as well as delivering growth-focused consulting to Fortune 50 companies. He also has a proven track record in scaling startups, turning around underperforming teams, and fostering high-performance cultures. Known for delivering high-end advisory services, driving profitable growth and building strong client relationships, Andrew is a trusted advisor to top businesses.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Pennsylvania State University where he was a student athlete and two-time runner-up national champion and a MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.

Robb Myer is the Managing Partner and Chief Strategy Officer of The Pathfinder Group, where he plays a critical role in driving the firm’s rapid growth and success. With a deep commitment to excellence, he leads the firm’s advisory services, delivering high-impact strategies that help clients scale and succeed in competitive markets.
A seasoned entrepreneur with a proven track record, Robb has established himself as a leader in the tech startup ecosystem, specializing in business growth and innovation. His expertise spans customer discovery, product strategy, go-to-market execution, and capital structure. Robb has a unique ability to identify emerging opportunities, cultivate groundbreaking ideas, and transform them into scalable innovative ventures.
In his entrepreneurial journey, Robb co-founded NoWait, a pioneering 2-sided network that redefined the casual dining experience. The platform, which connected diners with waitlist management solutions, was acquired by Yelp! in 2017. Since the acquisition, Robb has been a trusted partner to a variety of startups, helping them unlock new growth opportunities and scale their businesses effectively.
His entrepreneurial acumen has garnered industry recognition, including being named Entrepreneur of the Year by the Carnegie Science Center in 2018.
Robb holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Florida and a MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. He has also served as an adjunct professor of entrepreneurship at both Carnegie Mellon and Grove City College. A passionate advocate for fostering innovation, Robb continues to mentor the next generation of entrepreneurs, leveraging his experience to empower others in the startup world.
